BEAR DRIVE
ESTACADO NEIGHBORHOOD
After removing the beloved but forgotten Estacado Pool and donating the established trees to the surrounding neighbors, we put in the utilities and road complete with curb and gutter to allow for new townhouses to then be built by European Contractors LTD. Completed in 2015 this niche development allowed for new construction in an established neighborhood.

LONE STAR ESTATES
This project took vision as the land that would become Lone Star Estates was up on top of a scenic bluff near the back side of Canyon Country Club. This niche development, that was completed in 2016 included a black top road through the side of the bluff and utilities to all 25 1-acre lots, has since sold out. It has grown into a beautiful areas full of gorgeous houses and great families.
