Located West of Canyon, TX on a beautiful rim near the Canyon Country Club, the first phase of this development consisted of twenty-five 1+ acre lots and as of Fall 2018, this development is complete and sold out!

Clifton Development has worked on creating this beautiful community for over 3 years. We have hiked up the bluff on foot, saw the potential in this stunning space, put in paved roads and utilities, enjoyed the abundant wildlife and beautiful sunsets, and truly are so excited for each family that has chosen Lone Star Estates as their home.
