Do you have a room or project in mind but aren’t sure where to start? We are here to help! As builders, we understand that remodel projects are labor intensive and that you may not need an entire overhaul but instead just need a refresh in your space or have fresh eyes evaluate your space. We would love to consult you and help you with that process!

Clifton Builders, LLC consulting process:

• Submit a Project Request below with details of the project you have in mind. We will contact you to set up a meeting for a consultation.
• At that meeting, we will need to know what you desire for your space (repainting? adding trim work? new lighting? organizing? purchasing new decor items or furniture?) We will also need to know your desired budget and other parameters we will be working within.
• Once our consultation fee of $125 has been paid, we will return a design bid and plan for your project. Once all parties agree to the designs, then we will move forward in whatever capacity that may be for the project.

We opperate on a cost plus 15% basis. Other monetary structures may be considered depending on the project.
