So, it would seem we are in need of a little update on here!
First, 4420 and 4422 Oliver have both SOLD!
We could not be happier for the wonderful people who are now making our vision for this space come to fruition by making them their homes.
Second, our development of The Town Homes of Bear Drive is coming right along! Utilities are going in and roads are being constructed.
